How do Chain Rings fit?
Because of the soft chain, our chain rings tend to be a bit tricky to put on. Please refer to this video to learn how to put on our chain rings.
We suggest you size up when ordering our chain rings.
How do I find my ring size?
If you are unsure of your ring size. You can purchase our Ring Sizerto size yourself at home. For more information, please download and print our Ring Size Guide.

What if I don't know my ring size?
We strongly recommend knowing your ring size before ordering.
As a KB Rewards subscriber, you will receive a $10 credit toward a ring purchase when you purchase our Ring Sizer.
*Limit one per customer.
What if the ring doesn’t fit?
Due to all the variations in ring sizes, ring resizes are treated as a repair.
Should you wish to exchange a ring, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that eternity rings cannot be resized.
